What kind of Franchise is this?
An intra city Franchise granted for a particular city zone, (Master Franchise will be given for the entire city or region)

Will my Franchise be exclusive?
The franchise will give you the rights to open one store within a specified period without granting any exclusivity

If I have a master franchise, how many outlets can I open?
The master franchisee has the right to open mutually decided number of stores, either themselves or by sub-franchising

Can there be another franchise in the same area as my franchise?
The company has the right to grant another franchise but our usual policy is that unless it is absolutely necessary or based your outlets performance, we will not grant another franchise. (In the case of a master franchise, the company will not appoint another master franchisee)

What would be my return on investment & payback period?
Return on investment is dependant on Site location and the capability to manage and run your own business according to the specified Blendz Hospitality Standard Operating Procedures. The payback period should be between 24 to 30 months depending on the sales mix.

Who does the Site Selection?
Blendz. Hospitality will assist the franchisee in locating and negotiating lucrative locations across India. If there are locations that are available to you or you know of, please pass on the information to Blendz Hospitality's franchise and business development team at the below mentioned address. The final approval will be done by Blendz Hospitality.

What Support can I expect from Blendz Hospitalities?
You and your team will be provided a 4 to 6 week training course in all functions of the business free of cost. The training programme will be conducted in Hyderabad by a trained professional team at the corporate office and on locations. Help and assistance of boarding and lodging and lodging for the franchisee and his/her initial store opening team will be provided at the cost of the franchisee.

Regarding Purchasing?
Appropriate product specifications and a list of approved products will be provided where possible local suppliers and vendors will be identifies, evaluated and commissioned.

Who will decide the menu pricing and the sales promotion?
Blendz Hospitality will decide all menu pricing, menu items and sales strategy. We are always open to suggestions from any of our franchisees.

What about Advertisement & Sales promotion?
The local store promotion and advertising will be done by the
franchisee.The general advertising, brand building & brand awareness exercise and retention will be handled by Blendz Hospitality.
